How do I return an item?
Please contact customer service at email@example.com to return an item. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this number, with the item(s) you are returning to guarantee a speedy refund.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless we have made an error with your order. Due to the weight of the diamond confetti, we would suggest you consider using a flat rate box or envelope from the United States Post office as we have found this to be the least expensive way to ship heavy items.
We will gladly accept any item for return within 14 days of receipt of your order. To receive a refund, the item(s) must be returned to us in the original, unopened packages-unless we have asked you to open the package to see the beauty of the acrylic gems-(often they look much nicer out of the bag). Items must be received by our warehouse before any refunds will be issued. We will issue refunds within 1 business day of receiving the returned items. Please allow 7 business days for the transaction to be reflected on your credit card or Paypal account.
